The Infrared Vein Viewer: SIFVEIN-1.0 can be applied to all patients, particularly to patients whose vein is not easily detected. Vein finder light can be used regardless of skin color and it visualizes a blood vein over 10-mm depth.

Also, SIFVEIN-1.0 uses near-infrared LED to reduce users’ eye strain, which is also safe for patients.

 

Since it visualizes the same vein wall thickness as the actual view on the skin surface, the blood vein can be observed in real-time. It is useful for both patients and clinicians.
